Okay hosting, support could be faster
Tilaa gets the basic job done but nothing stands out. Page speed is average, and I had one instance of downtime that wasn't communicated well. Pricing is fair but I expected a bit more reliability.

What stood out to me with Tilaa is how easy migration was. I expected headaches moving my site over but their team basically handled it for me. Uptime has been perfect since, and support actually answers quickly instead of giving canned responses.

Tilaa made the whole process so much easier than I expected. From the signup to getting my domain connected, everything was straightforward. A few months in now and performance has stayed consistent the whole time.

Good hosting overall, minor issues
Tilaa has been a solid hosting choice. Uptime is good and page speed is decent for the price. Customer support took a little longer to respond than I expected once, but they did resolve my issue properly.

Pretty happy with Tilaa. Uptime has been consistent and I haven't had major issues. Support is helpful when I reach out, just wish live chat wait times were a bit shorter sometimes.
