Decent hosting but had some hiccups

Average hosting experience overall. SS Digital's uptime has been mostly fine but my site speed isn't as fast as I'd hoped. Support helped eventually but I had to follow up more than once.

Couldn't be happier with this host

Good experience, room for improvement

Pretty happy with SS Digital. Uptime has been consistent and I haven't had major issues. Support is helpful when I reach out, just wish live chat wait times were a bit shorter sometimes.
