Happy with the service so far
Good experience with RackServer so far. The control panel is intuitive and migration from my old host went smoothly. Only minor complaint is the renewal price increase, but that's fairly standard across hosting providers.
My site has never run this smoothly
Did a lot of research before picking RackServer and it paid off. Performance has been consistently good, SSL was already set up for me, and their live chat actually solved my issue instead of just sending me a help article. Recommending this to everyone I know.
Decent hosting but had some hiccups
Not bad, not great. RackServer works fine for my basic site but I did run into a billing confusion that took a few emails to sort out. Performance itself has been acceptable.
