Couldn't ask for better hosting
Did a lot of research before picking Pro-Managed and it paid off. Performance has been consistently good, SSL was already set up for me, and their live chat actually solved my issue instead of just sending me a help article. Recommending this to everyone I know.
Honestly impressed from day one
Solid all around. Pro-Managed gives me peace of mind knowing my site is reliable without me having to babysit it. Support response time has been quick every time I've needed them, and renewal pricing was clearly explained upfront, no surprises.

Works fine but had a few issues
Pro-Managed is okay but not amazing. Uptime has been fine most of the time, but I did notice some slow loading periods during peak hours. Customer support was polite but took a while to actually fix my issue.
Good speed and decent support
Pretty happy with Pro-Managed. Uptime has been consistent and I haven't had major issues. Support is helpful when I reach out, just wish live chat wait times were a bit shorter sometimes.
Gets the job done, nothing special
Not bad, not great. Pro-Managed works fine for my basic site but I did run into a billing confusion that took a few emails to sort out. Performance itself has been acceptable.
