Five stars, no hesitation
I'm not super technical so I needed something simple, and PingFiles delivered. The dashboard makes sense, setup took maybe 15 minutes, and everything just works. My page speed actually improved compared to my old host too.

Okay hosting, support could be faster
Average hosting experience overall. PingFiles's uptime has been mostly fine but my site speed isn't as fast as I'd hoped. Support helped eventually but I had to follow up more than once.

Good experience with PingFiles so far. The control panel is intuitive and migration from my old host went smoothly. Only minor complaint is the renewal price increase, but that's fairly standard across hosting providers.
