Decent hosting but had some hiccups
Average hosting experience overall. Mass Mail Servers's uptime has been mostly fine but my site speed isn't as fast as I'd hoped. Support helped eventually but I had to follow up more than once.
Fast, stable, and easy to manage
Solid all around. Mass Mail Servers gives me peace of mind knowing my site is reliable without me having to babysit it. Support response time has been quick every time I've needed them, and renewal pricing was clearly explained upfront, no surprises.
