Good hosting overall, minor issues

Good experience with IndoWebsite so far. The control panel is intuitive and migration from my old host went smoothly. Only minor complaint is the renewal price increase, but that's fairly standard across hosting providers.

I was nervous about moving my site to a new host but IndoWebsite made it painless. Their support walked me through the DNS changes, my site's been up the whole time, and loading speed noticeably improved. Highly recommend.

Average experience, mixed feelings

Average hosting experience overall. IndoWebsite's uptime has been mostly fine but my site speed isn't as fast as I'd hoped. Support helped eventually but I had to follow up more than once.

Does the job well

IndoWebsite offers good value for the price. My website loads quickly and the hosting dashboard is easy to navigate. Had one support ticket that took a day to resolve, otherwise no complaints.

Best decision for my website

I'm not super technical so I needed something simple, and IndoWebsite delivered. The dashboard makes sense, setup took maybe 15 minutes, and everything just works. My page speed actually improved compared to my old host too.
