Good hosting overall, minor issues
Solid hosting overall. Host RafelTM handles my site traffic well and uptime monitoring shows minimal downtime. Customer support was friendly, just took a bit of back and forth to fix my email configuration issue.

Host RafelTM is a reasonable budget option. Had a couple of minor outages over the past months and support response could be quicker, but overall it hasn't caused major problems for my site.
