Happy with the service so far
I've had Eaglecloud for a few months now and overall it's reliable. Site speed is good, SSL was free and easy to set up. Support response time is reasonable, though not instant during peak hours.
Best decision for my website
What stood out to me with Eaglecloud is how easy migration was. I expected headaches moving my site over but their team basically handled it for me. Uptime has been perfect since, and support actually answers quickly instead of giving canned responses.

Gets the job done, nothing special
Eaglecloud is okay but not amazing. Uptime has been fine most of the time, but I did notice some slow loading periods during peak hours. Customer support was polite but took a while to actually fix my issue.

Eaglecloud has been a solid hosting choice. Uptime is good and page speed is decent for the price. Customer support took a little longer to respond than I expected once, but they did resolve my issue properly.
