Couldn't ask for better hosting
I was nervous about moving my site to a new host but Bitency made it painless. Their support walked me through the DNS changes, my site's been up the whole time, and loading speed noticeably improved. Highly recommend.
Works fine but had a few issues
Bitency is okay but not amazing. Uptime has been fine most of the time, but I did notice some slow loading periods during peak hours. Customer support was polite but took a while to actually fix my issue.
Exactly the reliability I was looking for
Did a lot of research before picking Bitency and it paid off. Performance has been consistently good, SSL was already set up for me, and their live chat actually solved my issue instead of just sending me a help article. Recommending this to everyone I know.
