Five stars, no hesitation
Been with Alexhost for a while now and I genuinely can't complain about anything. My site loads fast, I've had zero downtime that I noticed, and when I did need help their support team got back to me in minutes. Glad I made the switch.
Gets the job done, nothing special
Average hosting experience overall. Alexhost's uptime has been mostly fine but my site speed isn't as fast as I'd hoped. Support helped eventually but I had to follow up more than once.
Couldn't ask for better hosting
Did a lot of research before picking Alexhost and it paid off. Performance has been consistently good, SSL was already set up for me, and their live chat actually solved my issue instead of just sending me a help article. Recommending this to everyone I know.

Does the job well
Solid hosting overall. Alexhost handles my site traffic well and uptime monitoring shows minimal downtime. Customer support was friendly, just took a bit of back and forth to fix my email configuration issue.
